Welcome from TSTA-AE President

Welcome!

Let me be the first to thank you for your interest in the Texas State Teachers Association-Aspiring Educators program. TSTA-Aspiring Educators, which is affiliated with the National Education Association, is a strong organization with chapters located in many colleges and universities across the state. TSTA-Aspiring Educators is not only known for who we are, but what we do.

TSTA-Aspiring Educators chapters are known across the state for going out and helping their neighboring communities. Book drives, school projects, and donations are just some of the things we do as an association. We believe that public school students are our future, which is why we do everything in our power to help them out in every way possible. Not only do we help public school students, but we promote public education in Texas and across the nation. By providing workshops and professional development, we prepare our members to take on problems that they will come across in classrooms one day.

By joining TSTA-Aspiring Educators, you are choosing to take part in one of the most influential organizations in Texas and a community of like-minded individuals who have the same goal of providing a quality public education for all students. I invite you to help us make a better tomorrow for our students, teachers, and public education.

I encourage you to explore the following websites and take advantage of the many opportunities that await you as a member of TSTA-Aspiring Educators:
